Tirrenia to Fiumicino, Italy
We check out of Sea Pine Lodge and head south down the coast
to the Hilton Hotel at the Rome
airport which is located at Fiumicino.
It’s about a 3-hour drive. After
checking in, Mike returns our rental car which we’ve had for three weeks. It seems strange to be without a car. It’s an easy walk back from the rental car
location to the hotel at the airport.
Our plan is to have a shuttle pick us up at the Hilton Hotel and take us
to the port at Civitavecchia
where our cruise ship will be. We can
board between noon and 5PM tomorrow.
We’re looking forward to the next phase of our trip.
